The well-known TORCHYN ® "European" mayonnaise of 72% fat with a thick and creamy texture and a rich taste is made in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 4487 from selected Ukrainian sunflower oil, natural and freshly ground mustard, without the addition of starch and flavorings.
Mayonnaise 72% "European" from TORCHYN ® is ideal for traditional salads, holiday dishes, vegetable salads, sandwiches and as a sauce for side dishes, meat and fish dishes. Due to the high oil content, TORCHYN ® "European" can be used in baking potatoes, vegetables, and mushrooms.
