Zarechye pineapple yogurt is a fermented milk product made with the use of a mixture of yeast microorganisms — thermophilic and lactic acid streptococci and Lactobacillus bulgaricus. The finished product does not undergo additional heat treatment; therefore it contains live lactic acid bacteria that are so useful for our body. It has a delicate texture and a pleasant sour-milk taste with the aroma of lime pineapple
