We suggest using this flour to make pastries, or to be added dry breakfast cereals, or yoghurt, cocktails, and your other favourite dishes. It provides thickness to soups, stews, and sauces, while also supplying an exotic flavour. It is recommended that coconut flour be added to pastry dough at a ratio of up to 1/10.
