The history of our brewery and the history of strong beer in Bavaria begins with this type of beer - it was the Minim monks (Paulans) who invented this double side of bottom fermentation. For more than 375 years, we have been brewing Salvator according to the recipe that has come down to us, which, however, continues to be improved every year: the caramel shades of the foam, the chestnut color of the beer combined with the seductive aroma of chocolate give a pleasant rich taste. It is shaded by delicate Munich malt, harmoniously complemented by a final subtle note of hops. The unique and unique Salvator is the great-great-grandfather of all types of strong beer, the names of which traditionally end in "-ator". They tried to copy it more than once, but never managed to get the same result!
