Worcester sauce (short from Worcestershire sauce, named by English city Worcester) is a sweet and sour, savoury, with a slightly spicy flavour sauce, achieved during the natural fermentation for at least 2 years. It is highly concentrated and is used in very small doses. Sauce will add new elegant notes to your favorite dishes: from fish and meat, soups, salads, sauces and cocktails. Allowed the appearance of the natural sediment. Shake it before using.
