Magellan gin has its blue color due to the fact that iris flowers and roots are added during its fourth distillation, which naturally color the gin and give it an icy bluish tint. The aroma contains spicy notes along with light shades of citrus fruits. The taste of gin is fresh, with subtle notes of cloves, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and orange. The aftertaste is harmonious, with a pleasant bitterness.
