Cordon Rouge from Grand Marnier was created in 1880 in
France by Louis-Alexander Marnier Lapostolle. He is the flagship of the Grand
Marnier brand.
It is a premium liqueur, with a volume fraction of 40% ethyl alcohol, which combines the bitter taste of exotic oranges with refined French cognac (51%). It has a long aftertaste and a beautiful color of bright topaz with a golden and amber sheen.
The award-winning orange liqueur is bottled in legendary, easily recognizable bottles with a wax seal and the family crest. A distinctive feature is the red ribbon, which symbolizes its quality.
Cordon Rouge from Grand Marnier is designed to be added to delicious cocktails. It adds versatility to the world's most popular classic cocktails, such as: Side car, French 75, Old Fashioned, Margarita, Mai Tai, thanks to cognac notes and an amazing exotic flavor with orange distillate. It can also be served pure or with large ice cubes. Cordon Rouge is probably the most famous and most prestigious French liqueur in the world.
