Delverde Industrie Alimentari began its history in the middle of the 20th century in Fara, perfecting the art of traditional pasta production. The tradition of making pasta in the historical settlement of Fara San Martino has been known throughout the world since the 17th century: it was here that producers first learned the art of mixing wheat grains with the purest water of the Verde River. Fara San Martino is still famous as one of the world's pasta capitals.
