Selected vegetables (sweet potato, zucchini) and whole grain rice contain healthy plant fibres that improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract in general, and provide a feeling of satiety without excessive calorie accumulation.
Whole shrimp and krill protein are a powerful source of collagen, an essential building block for healthy ligaments, joints and skin.
The diet is characterised by an optimal balance of high-quality amino acid and vitamin complexes and chelated mineral composition.
