Preparation steps

Preparation – cooking vegetables. Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins until tender. Cool and peel. ⏱ 15 min. Guide: a knife should slide smoothly into the centre of the vegetable.

Prepare the chicken. Boil the fillets in salted water until cooked. Cut into cubes. ⏱ 20 min. Guideline: the meat should be translucent.

Mixing the ingredients. Cut all the ingredients into cubes, add the peas, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. ⏱ 5 min. Guideline: all ingredients should be combined into a single mass.
