Prepare the dough — Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. ⏱ 20 min. Result: the dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands.

Preparing the filling — Cut the lamb into small pieces and mix with chopped potatoes and onions. ⏱ 15 min. The vegetables should be finely chopped.

Shaping the chebureks — Roll out the dough, place the filling on one half, fold and pinch the edges. ⏱ 10 min. The chebureks should be crescent-shaped.

Frying — Fry the chebureks in hot oil until golden brown. ⏱ 15 min. The finished chebureks should have a crispy surface.
