A classic-tangy sauce seasoned with garlic and refined with a dash of lemon juice, rounded off with fine herbs. It is a wonderful addition to a different kind of meat, fish, shellfish and fondue. It also is an excellent seasoning for vegetables, seafood salads and sauces. Bon appetite!
