The cider is produced on a family farm in Astigarraga from 100% local Urtebi Txiki apples and carries the Euskal Sagardoa designation of origin. The apples are harvested in September from two plots in Antzieta and Agote-Txiki within the Basque Country's cider designation area. A bright aroma of green apples, freshness, and sweet memories that evolve into a fruity burst. The bitter variety gives the cider body and a long aftertaste.
