Specific modes of roasting the cocoa bean and then strict adherence to the proportions of beans from specific growth zones guarantee the fullest and richest flavour of cocoa products. The specially selected recipe for the consistency of the chocolate mass guarantees a harmonious and balanced flavour of the final product. Recipe M740 has a full, absolutely rich, balanced chocolate flavour. The highlight of the recipe is the light caramel-vanilla flavour the result of a quality and long process of chocolate conching, as well as the use of a certain variety of vanilla in this form.
