This exclusive limited edition, bottled from a single cask No. 37607 with a total release of 817 bottles, is dedicated to the majesty and energy of the upcoming 2026 Year of the Horse. Matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butt (500 liters). The bouquet impresses with a complex combination of notes of fresh orange zest, dried cranberries, honey, tiramisu, and spicy jalapeño. The palate is full-bodied and structured, featuring hints of caramelized apples, almonds, and salty licorice. The finish is long, rounded, and warming, with distinct notes of baking spices (cloves, nutmeg).
