Description

This unique release is aged in barrels that previously held dry Palo Cortado sherry. The initial notes of light fruits gradually transition into rich layers of stewed and dark stone fruits, hints of ripe plum, dark chocolate, and roasted almonds. The flavor is layered with warm pudding, infused with panettone, spiced with ginger, and lightly drizzled with candied orange syrup, fig, dates, and undertones of oak. The finish is marked by aged notes of sweet tobacco and winter spices, creating a harmonious and warming aftertaste.
