Description
Inspired by the Neolithic folklore of the Orkney Islands, it captures the spirit of the island with a deep and perfectly balanced malt. The aroma of the drink reveals notes of clover honey, Parma violet, ripe peaches and wild heather charcoal. Taste with notes of grilled plums, barley sugar, noble hops and cumin. The aftertaste is long, with motifs of peppery smoke, combined with tart citrus and pine tones.
