The whiskey was aged in oak barrels made from bourbon and Oloroso sherry. The aroma contains notes of pear, ginger, toffee, vanilla ice cream and milk chocolate. The taste of the wine is slightly sweet, very soft, with notes of white fruit jam, cloves and cardamom. The aftertaste is harmonious and persistent.
