Description
This is a marriage of whiskeys with vintages ranging from 1991 to 1992 aged in only five bourbon casks. A limited edition of only 576 bottles was poured. The bouquet of the drink reveals the motifs of a mixture of chewy caramel, clove candies in a kraft paper bag, pieces of nectarine, biscuits, licorice and soft wood smoke. The taste combines notes of strawberry and white chocolate dessert with a portion of barley candy and ground star anise, cinnamon, crunchy muesli, complemented by a touch of barrel coal. The finish is persistent with motifs of burnt honey and dried apricots, ground almonds.
