The bouquet of whiskey contains notes of flowers, green leaves, barley sugar, violets, leather, candied lemon, lavender syrup, orange peel and rosemary. The taste is very soft, with notes of lavender, violet, Love Heart sweets, mint, vanilla toffee, moist earth. Finish with notes of violet, lemon, green grass and toffee.
