Description

Most of the grapes come from the fertile soils of the Montreuil-Bellay vineyards and from old vines growing in Le Puy-Notre-Dame, producing fresh and aromatic wines. 18 months of aging on the lees have given it beautiful fruit complexity, a powerful taste, and elegant bubbles. The aroma reveals notes of fresh fruits, floral hints (lime blossom, acacia), and a subtle minerality. The taste is soft and well-balanced, with harmonious notes.

Ingridients

Grape varieties: Chenin Blanc (70%), Chardonnay (15%), Cabernet Franc (15%). Contains sulfites.
