The vineyards are located on limestone soils in Sonsierra and on iron-clay terraces in Alto Najerilla. The wine is aged for three years in Bordeaux-style barrels. The aroma is dominated by notes of chamomile, dried flowers, smoke, citrus, and ripe fruits such as dates and figs. The taste is full-bodied, silky, with good acidity.
