Organic wine is made from a portion of grapes without any processing in the vineyard. The grapes undergo maceration and fermentation for 10 days in a wooden tank, where lactic fermentation occurs, then are aged for 3 months in oak barrels. The aroma has good intensity, highlighting fruity notes of blackberry, alongside subtle notes of well-integrated oak ageing. The taste is fresh, sufficiently acidic, with soft and persistent tannins.
