Alta Alella PB Blanco White Dry Wine 12% 0.75l

The wine is made from organically grown grapes harvested by hand. The grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the first-press juice, which is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The aroma is dominated by floral notes, with hints of white fruits (apple and pear) set against green almond, fennel, and ripe lemon. The taste is full-bodied, acidic, reminiscent of ripe white fruits with a salty touch.
