An organic red wine made from terraced grapes. At the end of the vinification, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels to begin the malolactic fermentation process, followed by aging for 12 months. The aroma gives notes of violets, ripe black fruits (blackberry, plum), next to balsamic and spicy motives. The taste is quite rich, tart, with notes of ripe fruits.
