The grapes for this wine are selected in mid-September, brought to the winery, and laid out on wooden racks, where they dry naturally for 4 months. The wine is aged for 66 months in oak barrels. The bouquet reveals notes of red fruit jam alongside spicy nuances. The palate is full-bodied, with rounded tannins and a persistent finish.
