The Caprai family is a leader in the production of high-quality wines in the Montefalco area, located in the Umbria region. The wine is aged for 14 months in Slovenian oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle. In the aroma of the wine there are notes of dried cherries, red berries, flowers and pepper. The taste is soft, balanced.

Grape varieties: Sangiovese (70%), Sagrantino (15%), Canaiolo Nero (15%). Contains sulfites and sugar.
