The Caprai family is a leader in the production of high-quality wines in the Montefalco area, located in the Umbria region. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle. The aroma of the wine reveals notes of dried wild berries and nutmeg. The taste is mild and fairly persistent.
