The grapes for this wine are harvested from the La Fabriseria vineyard (Valpolicella Classico area). The grape yield per hectare is very low and does not exceed that of Amarone. The wine is aged for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels (10 hl). The wine’s aroma reveals notes of black currant, cherry, prunes, spices, and vanilla. The taste is rich and perfectly balanced.
