Sweet wine Furmint Late Harvest is created from Furmint grapes, which remained on the vine longer than usual, allowing the noble rot Botrytis cinerea to develop. It enriched the wine with a complex aroma with tones of citrus, ripe quince, honey and juicy peach. The balance of natural sweetness and refreshing acidity provides refinement. The grapes are grown in the vineyards of Chateau Chizay in the Midianytsia terroir, where the microclimate and proximity to the water body create conditions for a unique process of natural concentration of flavor in the berry.
