Grapes for winemaking are harvested from 25-year-old vines located on clay-limestone and stony soils of the communes bordering Tavel (Rochfort du Gard, Sauterre and Pugeot). The aroma reveals notes of pepper and ripe berries. The taste of the wine is juicy, with an excellent structure.
