Description

Grapes from the vines are harvested by hand, natural yeast is used for fermentation. Aged in amphorae on the lees for 12 months. The bouquet of wine contains notes of minerals, citrus, delicate white flowers, linden, fragrant honey and acacia. The taste is rich, fresh, with harmonic notes.
