Description

Grapes from the vines are harvested by hand, natural yeast is used for fermentation. Aged in amphorae on the lees for 10 months. The bouquet of wine opens notes of ripe black fruits, blackberries, violets and touches of delicate spices. The taste is delicate, perfectly balanced, persistent.
