Vieille Voye is one of the oldest vineyards in Chablis, located near an old road from which it takes its name. The grapes ripen on 70-year-old vines growing in limestone soils (vineyard area: 7 hectares). The wine is aged for 9 months in 55-liter oak foudres. The bouquet offers notes of fresh citrus fruits and minerals. The taste is refined, with a salty minerality and lasting finish.
