Like all Valio cheeses, Oltermanni 17% is lactose and gluten free. It is rich in protein and calcium, does not contain preservatives, and the amount of salt in it is reduced. For over 50 years, Oltemanni cheese has been traditionally produced at the Valio factory in Haapavesi, Finland.
