The grapes for this champagne are harvested from 100 prestigious Cru vineyards, half of which are Premier and Grand Crus. Aged on the lees for 48 months. The bouquet opens with notes of Williams pear, apple, and citrus, complemented by hints of fresh pastries. The palate is fresh and harmonious.
