Description

Yellowfin Tuna Fillets in glass jars are available both in olive oil and natural. For 100 years, we have selected only the finest quality tuna to produce our fillets, processing them entirely in Italy at our Maierato (VV) facility, through every stage, following a centuries-old tradition in our Calabria. After steaming the tuna, we carefully select the best fillets one by one and still jar them by hand, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards. We then let them mature for a long time to ensure that intense and unmistakable flavor.
