An incredible mixture with ripe sublimated (dry) raspberries for gourmets. Will give juiciness, attractive color and aroma to meat and poultry. Light smoky notes of smoked paprika, aromatic onion and thyme, mustard and white pepper, complemented by the fruity acidity of red berries.
