This brut white wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards classified as "Premie Cru" in the Champagne region of France. It is produced using traditional methods.
A light golden wine with fine, persistent bubbles. It has a fresh, elegant bouquet with notes of white flowers, citrus fruits and light hints of toasted bread or almonds, characteristic of aged champagnes. The taste is dry, fresh, balanced, with hints of citrus, green apple, pear, elegant acidity and a long finish. The wine is excellent as an aperitif and will also harmoniously complement fish, seafood, light appetisers and soft cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: +7°C...+8°C.
