Suluguni is a cheese with a pure sour-milk, salty taste and smell, light yellow. Dense, elastic consistency uniform throughout the mass. A slight “layering” in the form of separated fibers is allowed. Served with fresh herbs, as an appetizer for young wine. It is also added to salads from fresh vegetables. But the most popular use is khachapuri filling and sesame toast.
