Ingredients

• First grade wheat flour, drinking water, flour rye flour (31.3%), sugar syrup, malt extract (4.1%) (rye malt, rye flour, barley malt, water), Pressed baking yeast, fermented malt rye, table salt, baking mix (1,3%) (drinking water, wholemeal rye flour 23-25%, fermentation products: lactic acid, acetic acid; table salt, malt extract), malt caramel mixture (fermented malt, wheat flour, natural colouring agent "Caramel aromocolor", silicon dioxide), baking improver (emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: calcium carbonate, wheat flour, ground coriander (0,6%). May contain traces of soya, sesame, egg products, dairy products, nuts, celery, mustard, lupine, peanut.
