Description
One of the oldest cognacs, first created in the 16th century in La Rochelle by Bonaventure Godet, aged for 2 to 3 years in cellars on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The bouquet reveals ripe orchard fruits (pear, peach) against a backdrop of soft leather, vanilla, and dried figs. The palate is soft and rounded, with notes of vanilla, hazelnuts, and almonds.
Ingridients
Grape variety: Ungi Blanc (Feng Bois, Bon Bois subregions).
