Description

Thanks to the addition of sourdough, brewing and kvass of our own production, “Borodinsky with sunflower seeds” has a dense, porous, somewhat moist crumb and a bright rye taste with light sweet notes. Generously filled with whole sunflower seeds, this bread has a special flavor and additional beneficial properties. We recommend trying “Borodinsky with sunflower seeds” in combination with a light vegetable salad.

Ingridients

Peeled rye flour, wheat flour of the second grade, drinking water, sunflower seed kernels (17%), white sugar, fermented rye malt, molasses (glucose syrup), pressed baker's yeast, table salt.
This product contains gluten (a plant protein found in wheat and rye grains).
