This emblematic fruit of Provence is the star of cheese platters, but also of baking. The figs we use in our jam come from small producers in Solliès-Pont, in the Var. With its preserved terroir and sunny climate, this small territory is renowned for the unequalled quality of its figs. For some years now, they have been distinguished by the “Protected Geographical Indication” label.
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
