Description

The classic Ukrainian muffin is a puff pastry with aromatic apples. We knead the dough according to the traditional recipe, as it was once baked in every Ukrainian household. The filling is based on a combination of juicy ripe apples and sweet apple jam. The equipment improved by our masters allows you to make six thin curls and achieve the perfect balance of dough and filling. We recommend "Zavivanets with apples" for tea parties with loved ones, because it tastes like home.

Ingridients

Wheat flour of the highest grade, drinking water, filling with apples - 64.1%, sugar, margarine "Dairy 82%", pressed baking yeast, pasteurized egg melange, edible chicken eggs, table salt, vanillin. Filling (64.1%): filling "Apple" (fresh-frozen apples - 51%, sugar, drinking water, stabilizer modified corn starch, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate), apple jelly - 25% (apple puree, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative sorbic acid), semolina, food mix to bind moisture, sugar. Margarine "Dairy 82%": sunflower oil partially hydrogenated refined deodorized and palm oil and its fractions refined bleached transesterified deodorized in variable proportions, drinking water, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polysorbate 80, soy lecithin), table salt, potassium sorbate preservative, antioxidants (butylhydroxyanisole, butylhydroxytoluene), flavoring "butter-cream", acidity regulator citric acid, coloring agent B-carotene.
