The cheese is made from fresh milk, which we collect ourselves daily from farms that are located nearby. The taste of Maasdamer cheese is a type of Swiss semi-hard cheese with large holes, it has a delicate sweetish taste with nutty notes. This cheese has large round holes due to the peculiarities of the technological process of its production. The cheese goes perfectly with fruits, salads, fondue and other dishes, and also goes well with young Muscat semi-sweet wine, with fruity red wine.
