Tender pieces of GIOZA from the thinnest dough and these are NOT Dumplings! They are unique in that the pieces are pasteurized during production, which means that they can be cooked in completely different ways and very quickly. We recommend frying in a pan or deep-frying or steaming, and even just warming up in the microwave. The unusually thin dough pairs perfectly with more than 60% of the filling. A culinary secret is hidden under a thin veil of tender dough - selected meat, spices and fresh vegetables.
