"Doganay" brand shalgam drink is a yeast drink, the main component of which is purple carrots, hot decorative pepper, water and salt, infused with yeast from brown bulgur, yogurt, cheese, thereby carrying out a rather long and multi-stage fermentation process.

The Doganai shalgam drink is made from purple carrots, most of which are produced on a 1,600 square meter site in the Eregli district of Konya, owned by the company. The rest of the purple carrots are purchased from farms in the same area where the planting is carried out under the company's control. The dug field of carrots, excluding the touch of the hands, goes to the sink, after which it is sent for processing to the factory in Adana.

After processing, the carrots are washed again, after which they become usable. The entire production process is controlled in accordance with the company's quality policy. Everyone knows that purple is very healthy.
