• The paste is made from the fruits of ground sesame seeds.

Homemade hummus is easy to make from tahini. To do this, combine 100 g of pasta with 1 crushed garlic clove, 50 g of lemon juice, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil and 400 g of boiled chickpeas. All products are ground in a blender and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. The sauce goes well with meat and fish dishes, stews, bread and hard-boiled eggs.
