Homogenized. Sterilized. The product is ready to use. Does not contain gluten, artificial flavors, colors, preservatives. Without GMO. 

Cooking method: Stir before use. Start your meal with one teaspoon per day, gradually increasing the portion to the age-old norm. Do not cook. When transferring the contents of the sachet to another container, use a plastic spoon.
